10 Songs That Eases My Feelings

Isn't it amazing how hearing a specific piece of music can bring back a cherished memory or make you feel happy, calm, or energized? People are born with the ability to distinguish between music and background noise. While the effects of music on people are not fully understood, studies have shown that listening to music you appreciate causes the brain to produce dopamine, a neurotransmitter that has a positive effect on mood. Some people believe that music has the potential to move us because it may generate strong emotions such as joy, sadness, or terror. Music, according to certain research, may even be able to improve our health and well-being.

Because of this music, I have a brief moment of silence. We all know that problems will never end. So listening to music may improve general well-being, assist manage emotions, and produce enjoyment and relaxation in everyday life. Listening to music has been demonstrated to lower tension and anxiety in both healthy persons and those having medical treatments.

Because of these songs, my life has become happier and easier now that there is a pandemic. I will admit that I am having a difficult time because I am not used to this situation, but I am more courageous in dealing with all of my problems because of my family, friends, and the songs that I hear or listen to.
